Spotless and silent units with a balcony and outstandingly accommodating staff. Incredible, magnificent location near Central Park as well as the Flatiron Building, Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Grand Central Station. Easy walk to Rooftop.

A little small room.

Early check-in and good-sized room with a shower, clean towels, for instance. The breakfast at The roof top. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location, close to a tube station if needed.

Right place for 4 nights with efficient and excellent staff from the maids. Lots of astonishing food at breakfast time. Double room with the bed made, nice bathroom, for example. Set near a subway station.

The room was good sized and well-appointed with a bed and it had wake-up service, that's cool. Had a shower, hairdryers, and guest toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel was in the central setting in Midtown great steps from two subway lines.

New-fashioned, compact rooms with smart decor. Central position of the venue, attentive and thoughtful staff from the maids.

It was compact, neat and with a bed. The staff was efficient, competent, no complaints whatsoever.

By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in New York City, had much fun and met extremely helpful and very helpful staff from the maids. The hotel was in the central setting in a good area.

There was lots of food for breakfast, including coffee and croissants. The location turned out to be great and incredible, near uptown/downtown close subway stations, the Manhattan center, Metropolitan museum, central park and times square and the subway. I visited The Mad Hatter Saloon near the venue for a few drinks.

Well, the area was a bit disappointing overall.

Every staff member was best and amazing friendly. The unit we got was modern and silent with comfy bed and a shower.

Cramped bathroom, very small room, we were a little disappointed.

Extremely comfy beds and central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. Unbeatable and fantastic location near Madison Square Park. Close to subway stations, the downtown areas and Murray Hill.

Room was modern with climate control, an individual safe and an iron. The service was very good, including a simple check-in. It was so sweet to get concierge service free of charge too.

I recently stayed at the Lex Hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with major sights like the Empire State building just a short walk away. The subway station nearby allowed us to easily travel all over Manhattan and even to Brooklyn. We also found plenty of great places to eat and drink in the area, including the breathtaking rooftop bar, 230 fifth. The Lex exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it, especially for those on a budget.

Location: the hotel was just next door to downtown as well as the restaurants. The good service and the attention to detail!

The property was fairly clean with very attentive staff. The place had a cozy atmosphere. Also, location was particularly good and magnificent, at a short distance from Madison Square Park. The food was awesome, had lots of options.
